The Clean Energy Improvement Program helps homeowners finance energy-efficient upgrades and repay the cost through their property tax bill. The process starts with pre-qualification, followed by an EnerGuide home evaluation, installation, and post-project evaluation.
Mortgage Insurance Premium Refunds
Eligible homeowners may qualify for a 25% partial refund on their mortgage insurance premium through CMHC, Sagen, or Canada Guaranty for qualifying energy-efficient homes or upgrades.
